1. Inspect manually whether the gear meshing is normally, whether there is freezing phenomenon.

2. Inspect whether the bit is assembled correctly and reliable, keep the horizontal gap of two bits in 0.2--0.5mm.

3. Inspect whether every bolt is reliable (especially the 7 bolts beside the big side cover).

4. Inspect whether the electric appliance equipment is normal and high-isolation, keep the three-phase quad is earthed properly. After connection, test run, the direction of strap pulley rotation which has clutch is supposed to correspond with the direction of instruction; if there is no clutch, still keep the direction of the shield with the instruction.

5. Test ten minutes idling, stop to repair promptly if there is any abnormal phenomenon.
